Over the years I've experimented with different
papers.  Photo paper gives a gorgeous photo,
but is hard to write on & is expensive to
produce.

I use white
110 lb cardstock.  It's sturdy, easy
to write on, gives a good photo & is affordable.

Purchasing a
binding machine is a good
investment if you're planning on making
several every year.  They can be purchased at
office or craft stores.  If you're just making 1 or
2,  office stores (Staples, Office Max, Kinkos)
can bind it for you for a small fee.

I use the back cover to list all family members
birthdays & anniversaries, in chronological
order.

To the right are some of the photo designs I've
made & used for family calendars.
For years I've been making calendars as
Christmas gifts.  To make, save file, print.
Make sure the printer is set for landscape.  If
you print the file directly from this page, turn
off headers & footers, & shrink to fit page.
