From the kitchen of Michelle Weston.  This can be
served over mashed potatoes or meat can be
shredded with a fork and served on rolls.  Excellent
either way!
1 beef chuck roast
1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 pkg Italian dressing mix
1 c water

Combine all three dry mixes with water.
Pour over roast in crock pot.  
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.  
Roast will fall apart.
