From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell.  This recipe is from In The
Kitchen with Rosie: Oprah's Favorite Recipes.  
FRESH lemon juice,
garlic, basil & tomatoes are key to this light summer dish.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
Maintain at a boil.

Put in a sauté pan:
1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled & minced
Cook over medium heat just until the garlic begins to brown.
Remove pan from heat.
Add:
1/2 c dry white wine
Return to heat.
Cook until the wine is reduced by half, 1-2 minutes.
Stir in:
1/4 c freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c chopped tomato

Add to the boiling water:
4 oz dry spinach angel hair pasta
4 oz dry semolina angel hair pasta
Cook according to package directions.

Drain & put in a warm serving bowl.
Top with tomato mixture.
Add:
1/4 c fresh basil, chopped small
2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
freshly ground black pepper
Toss & serve immediately.

This was made with all plain angel hair.
