From the kitchen of Kate Bencker. These things are so good! I can't stop
eating them... and they are only THREE ingredients: oatmeal, bananas and
chocolate chips. My family was not too crazy about them, but i can not stop
eating them. Try it - it's simple! Recipe from skinnytaste.com.
In a bowl, mash with a fork:
2 ripe bananas
1 c quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c chocolate chips
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased sheet or silpat.
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.

The dough does NOT spread. How it
goes in the oven, is how it'll come out.
