Blackberry Cobbler
From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  When we
lived in Ithaca there was an abundance of wild
blackberries.  Besides making jam and pies, I made
this.  The recipe is from
allrecipes.com.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place:
1/4 c butter
in a 9x9 pan, melt in oven.

In a large bowl stir together:
1 c flour
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c sugar
1 c milk
Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Pour on top of melted butter.
Do not mix butter & batter together.
Sprinkle:
1 3/4 c blackberries
over batter.

Bake 40 min, should be golden &
pass the toothpick test when done.
