From the kitchen of Marlene Knewasser.  Sausage,
bread, eggs and cheddar cheese go into this make
ahead breakfast dish.  This was featured in the first
family cookbook.
Brown & drain:
1 1/2 lbs mild sausage
Blot with paper towels.
Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam cooking spray.
Spread sausage in bottom of pan.

Beat:
9 eggs
Beat until fluffy.
Add:
3 c milk
Stir in:
3 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
pepper, if desired
Pour mixture slowly over sausage.
Cover with Saran wrap & refrigerate overnight.
Uncover in morning.
Bake @ 350, for 1 hour or until golden on top.
