From the kitchen of Diomira Putano.
Soak OVERNIGHT in water:
1/2 c brown rice, heaping
Reserve water.

Boil:
1 head broccoli- cut in pieces, all is good, just take skin out of
stem
Boil just 1 minute.

In a frying pan:
4 Tbsp oil
garlic
the broccoli
Color up the garlic a little.
When it cools off, add:
black pepper
Take out garlic.

Put the brocolli in square Pyrex dish.
Add the rice in between.
Add the water that the rice soaked in overnight.

Bake @ 450, 1 1/2 hours
