From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. A
quick marinade makes this grilled chicken easy
to prepare.
Mix:
1/4 c oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Marinate 1 lb chicken for 1- 4 hours.
Grill.
Layer wrap with
strips of leftover
chicken, corn &
shredded mexican
cheese. Micro 20
seconds or until
melted. Add
lettuce. Fruit
makes a nice side.
