From the kitchen of Steve Barkwell.   A food
processor makes putting this together a snap.
Put in a food processor:
1 carrot
1/4 c celery
1/4 c onion
1/2 small clove garlic
1 Tbsp red bell pepper
1 egg
2 Tbsp mayo
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2- 1 tsp mustard
Pulse until chopped fine.

Add:
8 oz imitation crab meat
Pulse until crab chopped into chunks.

Form into loose patties.
Place on plate covered with wax paper.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Heat
4 Tbsp butter in a large skillet on med- low
heat.
Gently place cakes in skillet & cook 5 minutes,
turn & cook 5 minutes more or until cooked through.

In the food processor, ready to be
formed into patties.
Instead of forming patties I just toss it all
of a salad with ranch/ Italian dressing.
