From the kitchen of Diomira Putano.
1 nice size ball of greens
Let boil until cooked.
Let cold water run through & squeeze good.
Then cut on board fine.
Then put in bowl.
6 Tbsp basil
6 Tbsp oil
salt & pepper
Mix all up good then take with fork &
roll in bread crumbs.
Bake in glass dish with a little oil under.
Bake covered @375 for 15 minutes,
uncovered for 10 minutes.
