From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell.  I found
this recipe at
allrecipes.com and made some minor
changes.  This is how I make it.
In a resealable bag:
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil

Add:
1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
Shake to coat.
Pour into a large greased dish.
Season with
salt & pepper.

Bake @ 400 for 12 minutes.  Stir.
Bake @ 400 for 13 minutes.

Transfer cauliflower to a clean broiler safe baking
dish.  Sprinkle with:
1/3 cup grated Romano Picornio cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Careful not to over brown.
