From the kitchen of Mabel Knewasser.   This was in the 1st
Family Cookbook.
4 c chicken, cooked & diced
4 c celery, diced
1 c toasted slivered almonds
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp onion
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 c mayo

Turn into a 3 qt casserole dish.

Cover with:
1 c grated white Cracker Barrel cheese
2 c crushed potato chips

Bake @ 350, for 20-30 minutes
OR until cheese melts & casserole is heated through.
