Hot Clam Spread
From the kitchen of Joyce Lohman.  This was in the first family
cook book.  Serve with crackers.
Combine:
 2 cans (6 1/2 oz) minced clams with juice
 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
 1/4 lb butter, melted
 1/2 tsp oregano
 dash salt & pepper
 1/2 tsp parsley
 dash of garlic salt

Put in an oven proof dish.

Sprinkle with:
 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
 1/4 c parmesan cheese

Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
