tortellini and spinach in a tomato beef broth.
In a large saucepan:
4 sweet or hot Italian sausages (casings
Crumble meat and cook until browned.
28 oz can diced tomatoes w/ basil & oregano
15 oz can plain diced tomatoes
15 oz can reduced sodium beef broth
Cover & simmer 10-20 minutes.
2-3 c fresh chopped spinach
2 c dry tortellini, any flavor
Simmer until spinach wilts & tortellini are cooked.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
