From the kitchen of Jaime Barkwell.  This is a crock-
pot meal.
Place in a crock-pot:
roast
1/4 c beef broth
1 packet Italian dressing seasoning
Cook 4-6 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low.
Shred the roast.
Serve with
shredded mozzarella on top.

Optional: Serve on
rolls.
