From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  I found
this recipe at
allrecipes.com.  It's a dense little
cookie that always disappears.
Cream:
1/2 c margarine or butter
Add:
1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Add:
3 tsp baking powder
3 c flour
Add milk if too dry, flour if too wet.

Roll into balls.
Put on greased cookie sheets.
Bake @ 375, for 9 minutes.
Cool.
Dunk in
confectioners sugar & water glaze.
Sprinkle with
confetti sprinkles.
