Lekvar Cake
From the kitchen of Carla Wilson.  This was featured in the First Family
Cookbook.
Combine:
3/4 c oleo
1 c brown sugar
Cut in:
1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c oats
Take half, or slightly more, of mixture.
Place in GREASED 9x13 pan.
Pat in bottom.

Spread:
1 jar lekvar
OR about same amount of fresh
across crust.
Crumble remaining oat mixture over top of lekvar.

Bake @ 375 for 25-30 minutes.
