From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  A basic recipe
for the classic comfort dish.  The original recipe called for
Velveta.  I use sharp cheddar instead.
In a pan melt:
2 Tbsp margarine
Remove from heat.
Mix in:
2 Tbsp flour
Stir until smooth.
Add:
1/4 tsp salt
Return to heat.
Gradually add:
1 c milk
Stir constantly until thickened.
Add:
4 oz sharp cheddar (cubed)
Stir until smooth & thick.
Add:
1 lb of cooked elbow macaroni
Stir until well coated.
