From the kitchen of Mabel Knewasser.  
Chop:
12 green peppers
12 red peppers
Place in a large pot.
Cover with boiling water.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Drain.
Add:
15 onions, chopped
1 1/2 pints of vinegar
1 1/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp salt
Cook for 15 minutes.
Can.
