From the kitchen of Kay Putano.  Yes, these cookies
actually contain crushed potato chips!
Cream:
1 lb margarine or butter
Gradually add:
1 c sugar
Beat well.
Gradually Add:
3 c flour
Mix thoroughly.

Add:
1 c chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 c crushed potato chips

Chill dough OVERNIGHT.
Shape dough into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork dipped in cold water.

Bake @ 325, 20 minutes

They will be creamy color & light brown around the
edges.
Careful not to overbake.
