Add:
1 tsp lemon extract
2 eggs
1 lb ricotta
Add:
4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Grease and flour mini muffin tins.
Add batter.
Bake @ 350, 15 minutes.

confectioner sugar
lemon extract
water
