From the kitchen of Joan Knewasser.  Grandma Joan always
has a jello at summer picnics. Also good with rasperries or
peaches.  This was in the 1st Family Cook book.
Drain:
16 oz pckg frozen sliced
strawberries w/ sugar
RESERVE JUICE
Set both aside.

Mix:
3 oz pckg strawberry Jell-O
1 c boiling water
Stir until dissolved.
Add enough water to reserved
juice to make 1 cup.
Add to Jell-O mixture.
Stir well.

Refrigerate until partially set (about 1 1/2 hrs)
Remove from fridge.
Beat in:
2 to 3 large spoonfuls of Cool Whip
Fold in:
strawberries
Pour into Jell-O mold
(grease with oil or spray with Pam first).
Refrigerate until set.
Strawberry Jello
I didn't beat the Cool Whip into this.  I just put it on top.
