From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  This
sweet vinaigrette is a great way to use strawberries
during peak season.
2 c whole strawberries
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper

Put all in a blender until smooth.
Keep chilled.
"Welcome to today.
Another day.  Another chance."
Strawberry Vinaigrette served over a salad of arugula, red onion,
slivered almonds, left over chicken and corn.  A baked potato (or
in this case mashed potato) makes a great side.
