From the kitchen of Marlene Knewasser. This is a
great cold fruit salad for summer. It makes a huge
bowl, so it's great for picnics and crowds, and it keeps
for days in the refrigerator.
With mixer, mix:
1 small box instant French vanilla pudding
1 small box instant Banana cream pudding
JUICE from a 20 oz can crushed pineapple
(you'll add the pineapple a few steps later)
2 lb container Greek vanilla yogurt
16 oz tub Cool Whip
1 small can mandarin oranges (drain,do not
Add & mix gently, one container of each:
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours.
Just before serving, add:
1 banana, sliced
