From the kitchen of  Ann Marie Barkwell.  This was in the
first Family Cookbook.
7 medium carrots, cut into strips 2 1/2" x 1/4"
Cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.

Combine:
1/2 c mayo
2 Tbsp horseradish
2 Tbsp onion, grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Spread evenly over carrots.

Combine:
1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp butter, melted
Sprinkle on top.

Bake @ 375 for 15-20 minutes
