From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell.  This is a great fall
dessert.
Mix together:
4 eggs
1 2/3 c sugar
1 c oil
16 - 18 oz can pumpkin

Add:
2 1/4 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Pour into a large greased & floured cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350, 25-30 min
Cool.

Frosting:
Cream:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla
Add a little at a time:
2 c powdered sugar
Beat well, until smooth.
