unique dish on Okinawa that combines two great
dishes - rice and tacos.
Layer the following on a plate:
cooked white rice
ground beef, cooked with taco seasoning
refried beans
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
chopped avocado
taco sauce
more chopped tomato
more chopped avocado

before someone comes over than I do in a week."
