Tired of your kids asking, "What can I eat?"  Do they eat the same thing every day?  I made a list of things they like & posted it on the fridge.  Of course,
their tastes keep changing, so the menu keeps changing too. Remember, with kids little things go a long way.  Make a sail for a banana boat/ hot dog.  Cut
food into bite size pieces & let them eat it with fancy toothpicks.  Having something to dip food into (syrup, ketchup, p.b.) is fun.    Let them cut cheese
