Breakfast Smoothies
From the kitchen of Chris Lohman.  I don't like tofu, but in this recipe it is really
good.  You can't taste it & it adds valuable protein to the smoothie and thickens
it up nicely.  My favorite way to start the day.  Frozen fruit can be subbed for
fresh.  This was in the 1st Family Cookbook.
Put in a blender:
8 oz orange juice with calcium
1 banana
Blend.

Add:
5 strawberries
10 raspberries, blackberries or grapes
Blend.

Add:
2 squirts of honey
1/3 block of Silken Tofu (for protein)
Blend.

Add:
Ice (3 cubes)
Blend.

Makes 2 12oz smoothies.
