We were BOO'ed & thought it was a great idea. We've been boo-ing ever
since. It's a hoot when, on Halloween, trick or treaters point to my
BOO! sign
as they excitedly tell me they have been BOO'ed too. What to do:

1. Print a "We've been Boo-ed!" page.

2. Include the poem so your neighbor knows what's going on.  The poem
reads:

The air is cool, the season fall,
Soon Halloween will come to all.
The spooks are after things to do.
In fact a spook brought this to you!
"Boo" is a shield from the witching hour,
Just hang it up & watch it's power.
On your front door is where it works.
It wards off spooks & scary jerks.
The power comes from friends like you,
Copy this & make it two.
We'll all have smiles upon our face.
No one will know who "boo'ed" who's place.
Please join the fun; come on let's do it,
And spread some fun & Halloween spirit.

3. Give a treat. Our first year, we received a plastic pumpkin with candies &
stickers. I passed out homemade sugar cookies, hot cocoa mix & a glow in
the dark skeleton.
"We shall never know all the good
that a simple smile can do."
