From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell. I found this
recipe on a can of Swanson broth & changed it a bit. It's
easy, quick, healthy & versatile.
2 1b chicken or turkey breasts
in skillet with butter, margarine or oil
1 can chicken broth
1 Tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme
Add any combination of:
sweet potatoes, cut into chunks
red potatoes, cut into chunks
whole green beans
May add as many veggies as the pan can hold.
Heat to a boil. Reduce heat.
Cover & cook over low heat
for 20 minutes or until vegetables are done
(fork should pierce easily).
