Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell.  These soft
chocolate cookies have a touch of cinnamon & nutmeg
and are studded with chocolate chips.  They are topped
with icing & chocolate jimmies.
Beat:         2 eggs
Add:         1 c oil
     1 c milk
     1 tsp vanilla
Add:         3 c flour
     1 c sugar
     2 Tbsp baking powder
     1/2 c cocoa
     1/4 tsp nutmeg
     1/4 tsp cinnamon
Add:         1 c chocolate chips
Optional:  1 c walnuts, chopped

Bake @ 375, 10-12 minutes.
Cool completely.
Frost with confectioner sugar & water
frosting.
Top with chocolate jimmie sprinkles.
