From the kitchen of Connie Putano. This is the
cake we grew up with. Tastes great topped with
sweetened whip cream (or Cool Whip) & chocolate
sprinkles. Also good with buttercream frosting.
1 c oil
2 c BOILING water
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 c cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes,
test with toothpick.
