Chocolate Eclair Cake
From the kitchen of Lisa Knewasser.   This recipe was in our 1st Family
Cookbook.  It was submitted by Lisa as well as Kay Putano.   Aunt Kay uses
oleo instead of margarine & calls it
Cream Puff Cake.  Custard can replace pudding.
Heat to a boil:
1 c water
1 c margarine
Stir in:
1 c flour
Stir until it forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Add:
4 eggs
Heat & stir until smooth.
Spread in a lightly floured jelly roll pan.

Bake @ 400 for 15-20 minutes
Cool.  Press down air bubbles.

Cream:
8 oz cream cheese
Prepare:
large box instant vanilla pudding
as directed on box.  Mix with cheese.
Spread on cooled crust.

Just before serving spread with:
8 oz cool whip
Drizzle:
chocolate syrup on top.
