From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  Scott loves golf,
so it seemed fitting to make him a golf course cake for his
birthday.
Make your favorite cake in a 13x9 pan.  Scott was my tinting
consultant.  If you aren't making it for Scott, you don't need to
be too fussy with the shades of green.  The long grass was
piped on using a star tip.  A grass tip would be better, but I
don't have one.  The sand pit was frosted white, then
covered with graham cracker crumbs.  Nilla wafer crumbs
would work just as well.  To make it actually pit, scoop a little
cake out, but this will make for difficult frosting.  The golf ball
is a mini marshmallow snipped small.  The flag is a skewer
topped with a tiny paper flag.
"You can't win unless you know
how to loose."
