This recipe is from the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell.
2 lb ground turkey
1 1/2 -2 c FRESH bread crumbs
1/2 c oatmeal
1- 1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
2 Tbsp green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c romano cheese, grated
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Mix all together- shape into loaf.
Cover bottom of oblong Pyrex dish with oil.
Put meatloaf in pan.
Sprinkle with:
paprika
OPTIONAL:
potatoes

Bake covered @ 350 for 1 hour,
Bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 minutes
