From the kitchen of Carla Wilson. This moist apple cake has apples
and cinnamon, as expected, and orange juice too.
3 1/2 c flour
2 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 c oil
1/2 c orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
4-5 apples, cut up
2 tsp cinnamon
5 Tbsp sugar
Fold the apples into the batter.
Pour into a greased tube pan.
Bake @ 350, 1 hour 20 minutes

This batch was baked in a rectangular pan and topped
with a sifting of confectioner sugar.
