From the kitchen of Joyce Lohman. This was in the first Family
1/2 lb EACH fresh green & wax beans, trimmed
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 tsp snipped fresh dill
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp grated lime peel
1/2 tsp salt
Place beans in a saucepan & cover with water; bring to a boil.
Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Melt butter in skillet; add dill, lime juice & peel, salt, pepper & beans.
Stir to coat & cook until heated through.
Makes 4 servings.
