bra-jole, braciola is an Italian dish made of pounded
steak that is filled, rolled and braised.
Spread out thin piece of steak.
(You could use some fine slices of pork)
Add:
salt & pepper
parsley
garlic
Tie up.

OR

Add:
grated cheese
bread  crumbs
eggs
parsley
squeeze of garlic
salt & pepper
Spread on steak & tie up.

From the kitchen of Kay Putano. Once the braciola is
cooked, add sauce to the pan.
Flatten 1 pound of steak.

Combine to make filling:
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 c grated cheese
1/2 c bread  crumbs
1/2 to 1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Add:
2 eggs
Spread filling on steak, roll up & tie with string.

Add
oil to a pan.
Add a slice of green pepper to oil, optional.
Brown rolled steak on all sides. Cook slowly.
