From the kitchen of family friend Peggy Bailey. Try
this recipe when it's that time of year when the
garden yields cucumbers. It is so super easy.
2 unpeeled cukes sliced thin (used two of the
really long skinny ones)
1 small onion sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp tumeric
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar, any kind
Microwave for 5 min.
Cool. Refrigerate and enjoy.
