From the kitchen of Mabel Knewasser. This recipe
is from Betty Crocker.
1 pckg Brownie Mix
1 pckg cream cheese (8oz)
1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Prepare brownie mix as directed.
Pour into a greased 13x9 pan.
Reserve some for top.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese on medium until
smooth. Add sugar. Add egg & vanilla. Pour over
Drop spoonfuls of reserved brownie batter over
cream cheese layer. Cut through batter with knife
to make marbled pattern.
Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Frost with chocolate frosting.
