From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. These creamy
popsicles don't have the texture of cookie dough, but the flavor of
it. You could add mini chocolate chips or chocolate jimmies, but we
like them this way.
1 c warmed milk (I use whole milk)
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp powdered creamer
Mix. Poor into popsicle mold. Freeze.
Missing the sticks that came with your mold? Cover the mold with
tinfoil. Insert wooden popsicle sticks or plastic spoons.
