From the kitchen of Kay Putano. The combination
of cranberries, apples, celery and walnuts makes a
great side to turkey, recipe from Knox.
In a large bowl mix together:
3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
1/3 c sugar
1 c boiling water
Stir until completely dissolved.
3 1/2 c cranberry juice
Pour into a 8 or 9 inch square pan.
Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg
1 c chopped apple
1/2 c chopped celery
1/3 c chopped walnuts
Chill until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
