From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser. These
soft nutmeg muffins are reminiscent of a donut.  
Guests have requested these for breakfast.
Mix:
1 egg
1/3 c oil
3/4 c milk

Add:
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 3/4 c flour
3/4 c sugar
Mix just until combined.
Fill 12 lined muffin cups.

Bake @ 350, 18 minutes.

Just after removing from oven, while hot,
rub muffins with
butter.  The butter should melt on
contact.
Generously sprinkle with
cinnamon sugar (I do this
over the sink for easy clean up).
