From the kitchen of Kay Putano. This dish can
be made with haddock, cod or halibut.
In a pot, bring to a boil & cook for 10 minutes:
3 c potatoes, thinly sliced
1 c water
Drain.
Put into a buttered casserole dish.
Combine:
1Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp onion powder
1 lb can tomatoes
Pour over potatoes.
Arrange on top:
1 1/2 lb haddock, cod or halibut
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake @ 400, 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
