From the kitchen of Don Burcin.
4 boneless chicken breasts
cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 c white wine
General Tso's Sauce- 15 oz bottle

Cube chicken into 1" cubes.
Put chicken in a bowl.
Sprinkle with cornstarch until completely coated.
Put in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Beat 2 eggs.
Add white wine.
Pour over chicken.
Gently stir.

Use a deep fryer or a deep skillet.
Add a good amount of oil.
Cook chicken until golden, turning often.

When all the chicken is cooked, put in a large skillet
and add one bottle of General Tso's Sauce.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Serve with
rice and broccoli with garlic sauce or
any stir fry vegetables.
