From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser.  I love grilled
veggies. When my brother-in-law suggested I add carrots to the
mix I was doubtful, but I'm so glad I took his advice. Mom does
this the same way, only she uses onion powder instead of garlic
powder. These are a great addition to any cookout.
Slice:
zucchini
yellow squash
red, green, yellow peppers
onions
cherry tomatoes
carrots
Toss to coat with olive oil.

Season with:
salt
pepper
garlic powder, generous amount
Toss to evenly coat.

Grill in a grill pan or on aluminum foil.
