From the kitchen of Michelle Weston. This is an
excellent recipe. A friend of ours brought it to our house
for a super bowl party. She kept it warm in a mini
crockpot. I love that this is different.
2 containers of mushrooms
1 stick butter
4 tsp flour
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 pint sour cream
Clean & slice mushrooms.
Sauté mushrooms in butter until tender.
Remove from heat, add flour.
Mix sour cream & onion soup mix, add mushrooms.
Place in a 9x13 pan.
Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with hearty/ grainy crackers.
