From the kitchen of Jaime Barkwell. This crock- pot
meal is a snap to put together.
Place in a crock-pot:
1/4 c beef broth
1 packet Italian dressing seasoning
Cook 4-6 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low.
Shred the roast.
Serve with shredded mozzarella on top.
Optional: Serve on rolls.
