From the kitchen of Ann Marie Barkwell. Italian
bread with a crispy crust and soft inside made in
the bread machine.
Place in a bread machine:
1 1/4 c warm water (micro 1 1/2 minutes)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3 c bread flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
Set on dough setting.
Dump dough on a floured board.
Cut dough in half.
Twist to make 1 large twisted loaf.
Grease a bread pan(s) & sprinkle with cornmeal.
Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
Bake @ 400 for 20-25 minutes.
